The production of d ′ dibaryons in heavy ion collisions due to the elementary process N N → d ′ π is considered. The N N → d ′ π cross section is estimated using the vacuum d ′ width Γ d ′ ≈ 0.5 MeV extracted from data on the double charge exchange reactions on nuclei. The decay B → Kπ, dominated by a b → s penguin amplitude, holds the potential for exhibiting new physics in this amplitude. In the pure QCD penguin limit one expects CKπ = 0 and SKπ = sin 2β for the coefficients of cos∆mt and sin∆mt in the time-dependent CP asymmetry.
